Trapped skunk

A baby skunk, the size of a kitten, got trapped in my house, the poured ground near the egress window from the basement.
He might have fallen, or gotten there to eat some toads which were also trapped.
How am I going to get this thing out?
Spend some time to research on how to remove it, but the best way would be to call a professional. One service man said $109.

Well, I got a better idea. Since there is no food and water, and there is no shade and the skunk would be under the direct sunlight over day time, it sure will starve or dehydrated.
I'll see how long this stinking creature would survive under such environment. It would be pretty hot (up to 90 degree) and no rain for several days.
